Fixer upper. Owner/Agent. I bought this house as an investment property in 2003, and completely remodeled it. At that time, I was receiving $750.00 per month. It now needs lots of TLC. Flooring has some dry rot as it is on piers. The house is located in Flood Zone X and has never taken water inside. In 2015 or 2016 the water rose under the house and touched the floor beams.
