LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION IN COCODRIE!! Almost to the end of Cocodrie, you will find the sweetest 2-bed, 2-bath that sleeps 10 at 8206 Redfish!! When you open the door to this camp, you step into a Well Done Decor that is Super Functional. I'll be honest, the dock needs work, but at the price the seller is asking, you'll be able to rework the dock to your needs. From this location you're able to do whichever fishing you would like inshore and offshore within minutes. Also, this camp is just across from Coco Marina for bait, docking, a great restaurant, and nightlife with your friends! ALL furnishings remain.
