Mid City Living with CHARM to Spare?? THIS IS IT!! WALK to coffee, dinner, groceries and your FAVORITE LOCAL SHOPS from this UPDATED 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 918 sq ft condo in the HEART of Mid City. This unit is on the TOP FLOOR so there are NO NEIGHBORS stomping around above you. You'll notice the rich wood-style floors, crown molding and fresh neutral paint as soon as you walk in. The living room has two big windows that look out into the treetops, with a home office corner. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry and a pass-through window with a breakfast bar ledge to the dining area. The tiled entry makes a HANDY DROP ZONE for bags and shoes. The primary bedroom has a painted white brick accent wall with a lot of character and a nice WALK IN CLOSET to keep you organized. The second bedroom works as a guest room, office or WHATEVER YOU NEED. Both bathrooms have updated navy vanities with brushed nickel fixtures, and a laundry closet CONVENIENTLY sits right off the entry. Ceiling fans throughout help with those Louisiana summers. The washer, dryer, refrigerator and gray living room cabinet ALL stay. That keeps your move-in costs down and saves your back! Your friends will thank you. Water heater was replaced in September of 2024 and external air ducts were replaced in May 2025. BREATHE EASY!!! The property is gated and has video surveillance. You also get a community pool for lazy weekends and a large parking lot. The location just CAN'T BE BEAT. You can walk to Curbside, Elsie's Plate & Pie, Superior Grill, Calandro's, Circa, Time Warp Boutique, Fleurty Girl and Red Stick Reads. You'll be set for White Light Nights and all the other fabulous Mid City Events. You don't want to miss this. Call me to schedule your private showing today!
