Baton Rouge, La 70807 Clarksdale *801 Swan Ave. Baton Rouge La 70807 Applications for the wait list will be accepted starting December 22, 2025, at 8:00 AM (CT). The EBRPHA will stop accepting applications on December 26, 2025, at 4:30 PM (CT). Apply online at https://www.ebrpha.org. Applications will ONLY be accepted during the period the Waiting Lists are open. Applications will NOT be accepted in person, via mail, or fax. Do not call the local Housing Authority to apply! Applications are processed in date/time order received. The East Baton Rouge Housing Authority is administered in compliance with the EBRPHA s Administrative Plan and HUD s rules and regulations.
